Can I modify my website design if I want?
Yes. Our designers make modifications to the ‘site design’, while you control most of the ‘site content’. This means you can modify images and text on your website.
What if I don’t like my website design?
We’ll work with you until you’re happy. Our designers will discuss your design preferences before ever starting on your website’s design. We will ask you about colors, the mood of the site, goals for the site, who your customers are and for a couple of websites that you think are appealing so that we can get a sense of what you like.
Based on all of that information, the designer will create a mockup of a design and submit it to you for feedback. You will have an opportunity to request changes, and discuss options. We want you to be thrilled with your website so we will work to create a design that you are happy with.
I already have someone else designed my website, can you use that design?
Yes, we’d be happy to work with your existing design. We may need to make some modifications to accommodate WordPress features. We can go over any changes that may need to be made after we see the design you have
Can I Get a refund or cancel my Membership Account?
After trial time. Refund of Xewux Service Fee. Members have the right to terminate this Agreement and membership in the Xewux Service at any time. A Member may cancel this Agreement and membership in the Xewux Service, or their auto-renewal, through their member profile, once logged into the website. If Member cancels their membership before the end of a Membership Term for which Member has paid the Service Fee, the Member cannot receive a refund of such Service Fee nor any portion thereof. Due to the nature of the services provided by Xewux (many of which are accessible immediately upon acceptance) it is understood that refunds cannot be issued. Member will remain liable for any other fees or charges to be paid pursuant to this Agreement or the Xewux Service.

How our print design process works?
First we’ll assess your project. What does it entail? Do you need a writer? A graphic design? Do you need us to get some printing quotes? Once we define the project and our services are engaged your print project will go like our other projects. You’ll work with a project manager who will manage the project until completion. Also, if we handle the printing, we’ll deliver the project to you.
How our custom web design process works?
After your initial consultation, our web account manger, will visit with the production team regarding your project. If more information is needed, you’ll be contacted by one of our project managers with follow-up questions. Once we’ve reviewed your project’s needs, the programming scope will be included in the project proposal.
What is Development of the website?
This phase takes the approved designs into production. Designs are “cut-up” to create a functioning website development link. This phase also entails the integration of our WordPress content management system (CMS) into the web page structure, allowing for easy updates and future changes. This phase culminates in the creation of a clickable website and the delivery of a development link to the client.
Is my website will be error free?
Our developer will test your website functions, navigation, and custom programming (if applicable) on multiple supported web browsers (ex: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari) to ensure compatibility. Once approved, the site will be ready for launch. How ever errors might present every now and then, but the good news if the website have any error, a message will be sent to us and we will fix the problem before you know it.
